Thank you for shopping with Chibi Jewels! Our jewelry is handmade in our office in New York City.

Shipping & Delivery

All purchases are shipped via USPS Priority mail within the United States and USPS Priority Express internationally unless otherwise noted. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, each piece is made to order in New York City. We will notify you via email with the expected completion and ship out date of your order.

Beaded jewelry will be ready the same day,solid metal pieces such as cast rings, charms, cuff bracelets will take longer, so please allow two to three weeks to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. If you need the items at a certain date please contact us and we will check if the item is in stock for immediate shipment.

If there are any production delays, you will be notified. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Chibi Jewels cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays once it is shipped out of the office. If you would like special shipment using UPS or other services, please call us at 212.243.3575. A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you once your purchase has been shipped.


Ordering


When placing an order on the site, your order will be processed as it appears on the Checkout page. Once your payment has been submitted, your processed order will be available to view, track, or access in your online account at any time.

Chibi Jewels accepts payments using American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
Chibi Jewels charges sales tax only to orders being shipped to New York State (8.875%).

A submitted order is considered an agreement to the General Terms of Sale and any other conditions listed on this site, including the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.

Chibi Jewels reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within one (1) business days of purchase.

Returns & Replacements


All items are made to order, and are final sale. At Chibi Jewels, we check the quality of our merchandise prior to shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to the customer's negligence will not be accepted for a refund.

Chibi Jewels will only accept requests for returns on damaged full priced items within 5 business days of delivery to you. Sale, Special and Personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

Please email info@chibijewels.com to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to sending your return. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. Returns received after two weeks from the receipt of the authorization will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.

Please note that Chibi Jewels is not responsible for packages shipped without tracking. Please note, that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Chibi Jewels is unable to refund the shipping cost. In case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of the initial shipping.

In your return package, please include a copy of your packing slip with a written reason for the return. Once processed, we will send you a refund receipt. Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to appear on your statements.

Any returns or exchanges that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
